The villa dates back to 1500 and has been renovated over the centuries according to the most refined and conservative rules of the rural tradition of Cortona and Tuscany.
The property is entirely made of stone and bricks and is spread over two levels connected by an external stone staircase.
The surroundings are characterized by cultivated fields of wheat and sunflowers, with country roads accessible for walking or for amazing bike tours, immersed in the colors and scents of the Tuscan countryside for moments of relaxation. A few meters from the property, you have the opportunity to visit the Etruscan archaeological park of the city of Cortona, an important testimony of an ancient people that is still the subject of study and international interest. The garden of the property is characterized by trees and plants that make the surroundings pleasant and colorful; a beautiful swimming pool is available here, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for your outdoor relaxation moments.
