From the house, pool, larges terraces, garden, veranda and pergola it has the most stunning views towards, hills and medieval villages and to the Tiber river and Alviano lake, everywhere, The house is equipped with Air Condition in all rooms, with excellent WIFI inside and outside, with exteriori lights around pool and terraces and furnished with all modern appliances, very easy to live there!, The pool is equipped with solar heating system which increases the temperature by 2-3 degreeis in spring and fall.

Distance to Orvieto 15 km, to Civita Bagnoregio 12 km, to Bolsena lake 20 km Distance to Rome 110 km, to Rome airport 145 km, to Florence 150 km. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool, Grill und Sommerliegen! Zwei gut ausgestattet Bäder, gut sortierte Küche und zwei schöne Schlafzimmer. Hinweis: Man muss ein kleines Stück zu Fuß zum Haus gehen - lohnt 😀!
