The 83m² apartment features the following spaces: - Bright living-dining room for 6 people, equipped with a double sofa bed (160x190cm), round dining table, HD TV, and access to a long balcony. - Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender). - Cozy master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet), double bed (150x190cm), mirror, and ample wardrobes. - Second bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm), wardrobe, and desk. - Third bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm), wardrobe, and balcony access. - Second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The apartment is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities (1 sponge, 1 kitchen towel, 2 trash bags, 1 washing machine detergent, dishwasher detergent, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), and bathroom amenities (hand soap).
Coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water are also included. Check in was easy, the apartment is comfortable, sunny and well situated. My only criticism is that the kitchen is under supplied: you typically get the basics (salt, oil, toilet paper, etc) left by other tenants or the administrators. There was nothing here and very few glasses and things to cook with.
