LOCATED CLOSE TO A GOLF COURSE, THIS STUNNING DETACHED VILLA IS A TEN MINUTE WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL CENTEANES BEACH WHICH OFFERS A RESTAURANT AND SNACK BAR ALONG WITH WATER SPORTS IN THE SUMMER.
Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym.
Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.

For convenience there is also an entrance WC. The lounge is light, spacious and comfortable offering TV, DVD and a large selection of books.
Doors from the dining area lead to a cool inner courtyard with seating and stairs leading to the roof terrace which offers stunning views of the surrounding area and sea. The private swimming pool is 9x4.5 meters.
