The 80 m², 2-room apartment for 2 people is located in the idyllic village of Alme, near the Alme springs.
Centrally situated in a two-family house with its own entrance, accessible via 3 steps.
It's the perfect starting point for forest hikes, bike tours, or excursions in the Sauerland as well as the Bürener and Paderborner Land, with many attractions nearby. A section of the Sauerland forest trail begins right at your doorstep.
Several reservoirs invite you to go boating or swimming.
The heated outdoor pool is just a 3-minute walk away, and you can also play tennis nearby. The modern apartment offers high comfort for your best days of the year.
The quality, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for culinary adventures.
The bright living and dining area features Wi-Fi, internet radio, and TV. The bathroom has a bathtub and rain shower.
In the bedroom, you can relax in a 180x200 cm box-spring bed. On the terrace with garden furniture and sunshade, start your day with breakfast or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Public parking is available opposite.
A bakery is about 600 m away, and a grocery store about 500 m. Several restaurants with beer gardens and a snack bar offer culinary alternatives. Selten haben wir eine so stimmungsvolle und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete FeWo vor gefunden.
Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und alles was benötigt wurde, war auch vorhanden!
