Welcome to Hallmanns Hof, a lovingly renovated farmhouse dating back to 1832. With 180 m², the house accommodates 8–10 guests – perfect for families and friends.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a large sofa bed and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for ten, a double bedroom (2.00 x 2.00 m bed with electric slatted frame), and a WC. Upstairs are four bedrooms: - Family room: 2.40 x 2.00 m box spring bed, washbasin, desk - Bedroom 2: 1.40 x 2.00 m bed - Bedroom 3: Flexible bed (0.80 x 2.00 m or 1.60 x 2.00 m) - Bedroom 4: 1.80 x 2.00 m bed & desk The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and WC. All bedrooms have blackout blinds. Extras: - Bed linen & towels included - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machines, air fryer, spices, dish soap, tabs) - Washing machine, dryer, iron - Free Wi-Fi Family-friendly: High chair, travel cot, changing table, play kitchen, toys, games, outdoor vehicles, Wii, stair gate, and more. Outdoor area: Large garden with barbecue, big table for 12, various seating, children’s vehicles, outdoor games, sandbox, and more. Location & Activities: Between Schmallenberg and Winterberg – ideal for winter sports and nature lovers. In summer: bike park, flyline, summer toboggan run, adventure trails, and more. In winter: short drive to the ski areas Winterberg, Neuastenberg, Bödefeld. Das Haus ist mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Unsere Kleinsten haben sich besonders wohlgefühlt mit eigener Küche und Kaufladen. Alle Zimmer sind top. Auch das Aussengelände ist perfekt für gross und klein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Das Haus war super ausgestattet und besonders mit Kindern ein Highlight. Für Kinder waren viele verschiedene Spielzeuge im Haus und für Draußen verfügbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief total unproblematisch und sie kümmerte sich direkt um Anliegen.
