Non-smoking property in a quiet vacation oasis close to Lake Constance, surrounded by greenery and yet centrally located, attractively renovated, enjoy your vacation alone or as a couple in the garden. The 1-room apartment on the garden floor is located at the end of a short cul-de-sac. Directly adjacent to the open field, you can enjoy the far-reaching view. Nevertheless, the central location offers the best shopping facilities, as well as bus, train, doctor, pharmacy, bank, etc. nearby. Distance to Lake Constance 1.5 km, about 20 minutes walk through the nature reserve on a beautiful walking path along the river Aach. Here you will find the free natural bathing beach with sunbathing lawn, the pile-dwelling village and the boat landing stage, as well as the reptile house. Shopping facilities as well as bus and train stops can be reached in approx. 5 to 10 minutes.
The 30sqm apartment is modern, renovated as required and comfortably furnished, with covered south/west terrace and garden view, kitchenette with ceramic hob, shower with glazing, WC. Two custom-made solid wood beds (birch plywood) can be set up as a double bed or as a single bed across the corner. A connecting piece creates a continuous mattress in the double bed. Free parking directly at the house for small cars (between garage and house 17c). Larger cars please park in front of the entrance to the small cul-de-sac on the street opposite. Bicycle parking available directly at the house. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 persons for a relaxing vacation.
