Villa Bernardini is surrounded by a well-kept 3000m2 garden with many flowers, shrubs and vases.
With a magnificent panorama, the large terrace where you can dine, umbrellas, tables and chairs and portable barbecue available.
The rectangular pool is 12 x 6 and between 1.20 and 1.70m deep, equipped with sun loungers, parasols and sunbeds and a gazebo.
There is a tennis court for all villas approx. 120m away, adjacent to Villa Buonvisi.
The driveway is always open and the private parking lot can be reached via a 230m long dirt road. Exclusive villa with swimming pool, suitable for 22 people with 1 suite, 10 double bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
At guests' disposal there is a living room, a large dining area with fireplace, 2 lounges, 1 professional kitchen, a large garden, a panoramic terrace for outdoor dining, a portable barbecue, a tennis court shared with the other 3 villas of the property.
Equipped with air conditioning in the rooms on the second floor, heating, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, baby cribs, high chairs. Interior The villa (approx. 1,000 square meters) is spread over three floors and has been conservatively restored while respecting the family history.
All electrical and water installations have been recently carried out.
On the first floor, one of the entrances opens onto a living room connected to two comfortable and spacious lounges furnished with antique furniture, both with access to the outside: one to the panoramic terrace and the other to the main facade of the villa, covered with jasmine; a dining room with fireplace that can accommodate the whole group, a very well equipped kitchen with a table, two electric ovens, two 5-burner hobs, two refrigerators with freezers, two dishwashers and in the open space a smaller dining room with two tables, a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, with air conditioning, there is the suite consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and two washbasins and a large living room with two sofas, fireplace and TV; also on the second floor, along a corridor, we find: a double bedroom with precious four-poster bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub shared with a twin bedroom (which can be joined), a double bedroom with four-poster bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, one with shower, one with bathtub.
At the end of the corridor is the laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, two sinks. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower shared with a twin bedroom (which can be joined).

A short distance from Lucca is the small village of Segromigno in Monte with the most beautiful villas in Tuscany - Villa Mansi, Villa Torrigiani, Villa Grabau and Villa Bernardini.
Nestled in this environment is a country estate with a private park of 20 hectares, in which there are 4 rented villas. They are far enough apart not to disturb each other, but are not fenced off. In the center is a stone house with an office and not far away the stone villa, inhabited by the owner's family.
One can take long walks on the private property among the olive trees and vineyards, a stream with ducks and geese gives the opportunity to retreat, especially in summer, and perhaps read a book or daydream. Wonderful views of the village.
