The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 42 m² living room with a TV, sofas and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200) (two single beds pushed together) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (with bath, washbasin, lighted mirror and toilet) - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite toilet, washbasin and lighted mirror. - Two shower rooms on the landing (with shower, toilet, washbasin and lighted mirror) On the 2nd floor: - Bedroom 5: three single beds (90x200) - Bedroom 6: one king-size bed (180 x 200) (two single beds pushed together) - One shower room (with shower, toilet, washbasin and lighted mirror) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private and heated) measuring 9m x 4m, open from 1 May to 30 September - A large garden with a stream featuring a waterfall and an unfenced, private pond - A 40 m² terrace, facing due south and furnished for enjoying sunny days - A 25 m² terrace in front of the swimming pool, facing south-east, with sun loungers and deckchairs. The house is ideally situated in Remilly-Aillicourt, in a very pleasant setting.
All essential shops are within easy reach. Activities: - Visit to Sedan Castle - Lake Douzy - Water sports centre - Flying club Transport: If you choose to travel by car or motorbike, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (4 car spaces or 8 motorbike spaces). Spaces are also available on the street and in the car park above the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Sedan, 8 km away - Nearest airport: Luxembourg-Findel, 120 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times whilst swimming.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van het huis met de prachtige tuin, het heerlijke zwembad en alle faciliteiten die het te bieden had. Wij zijn ontvangen door een ontzettend vriendelijk stel dat met veel liefde en aandacht dit huis tot een vakantiehuis heeft gemaakt. Een leuke uitvalsbasis voor geweldige uitstapjes naar omliggende steden en natuur maar het is ook heerlijk relaxen bij het huis.
