At the entrance to the village, 38 m² apartment in a building comprising 2 other apartments (10091 and 10993).
It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm - Shower room/WC The property includes 3 other rentals (not overlooked). - Heated swimming pool shared with the other gîtes (10x 5.5 meters, depth 1.20m to 1.80m), open from 27/04 to 27/10 (from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.), secured by a protective barrier.
Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to persons specified in the rental contract - Shared enclosed land of 5000 m² - Terrace of 35 m² including 15 m² covered - Garden furniture - 2 deckchairs - Barbecue - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Freezer compartment - Mini-oven - Microwave - Television - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer - The cleaning option at €50 is to be paid directly to the owner - Cleaning deposit €50 if cleaning option not subscribed - The options sheets at €15/set and towels at €10/person are to be paid directly to the owner - Possibility of mountain and river walks with the owner every Thursday (free service) - Shared with the other gîtes, charging station for electric vehicles (additional charge, €30 package for a full charge) - In the event that the entire stay is not available on this cottage, the cottages being adjoining and identical, do not hesitate to contact us to have the availability of the other accommodations.
Two weeks in two different cottages are possible without additional administration fees.

Gite très agréable, spacieux et très calme, Sophie organise des randonnées très sympas sur une journée .Elle vous fait découvrir les bonnes adresses de restaurants et autres à ne pas manquer dans cette région proche d'Ajaccio mais proche aussi de Cargèse, de Piana et de ses calanques. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre mer et montagne.
