Cosy, quietly located holiday home in the heights of Radebeul near Dresden with a view, large property, outdoor pool, living room with sofa bed, dining area, bedroom and large kitchen. Lovingly furnished, air-conditioned in the warm season, cosily heated in winter.

For a maximum of 2 people (bedroom double bed, alternatively two places on sofa bed in the living room). Smoking is only permitted outside - the house is a non-smoking area.

Contact us in advance for a discount! The location of the property is somewhat hidden in the second row, the access is via a locked gate, which can be unlocked at any time by key box with code. The gate must always be closed again after use. There is a carport on the property. Space for medium-sized motorhomes or caravans is available. Type 2 charger is available outside, electricity is also included for e-cars as a service for you! There are two e-bikes available for you to use free of charge. A gas barbecue is also available - please clean it after use.

The kitchen is very well equipped, so you don't need to bring anything with you. WiFi is available with 50MBit throughout the house and property. The pool is released at your own risk - children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times! As you are renting a holiday home in a recreational area, parties and similar disruptive activities are unfortunately not permitted. This is a condition of the rental and must be strictly adhered to. Enjoy the tranquillity of nature and the chirping of the numerous bird species. The property is not yet completely "escape-proof" fenced for dogs.

Arrival and departure is possible anonymously via key box, but we are also happy to welcome you personally on arrival and answer your questions. As small winegrowers (www.kuechler-wein.de), we are happy to offer you our own white, rosé and red wine on request. We also offer organically produced chicken eggs.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for longer stays or on request in the non-accessible cellar area. A house folder with useful information on leisure, shopping and emergencies is always updated on the table on arrival. In appreciation of your visit to our beautiful region, you will find a bottle of delicious Küchler wine in the fridge as a welcome gift. We also provide some basic culinary equipment for the arrival evening and the next morning.
