Waldau is a state-approved health resort and is located at the upper end of the Langenordnachtal valley at an altitude of 960 m. As a district of Titisee-Neustadt, our village now has 400 inhabitants.
There are first-class restaurants in the village, so you don't always have to cook for yourself. The well-kept house is in a central but quiet location, away from traffic, with its own parking lot. Storage facilities for skis, bicycles and motorcycles are available.
The apartments are completely refurnished.
The complete laundry equipment including kitchen towels is included in the price.
Electricity and water are also included.
Our house has a large terrace with a covered seating area and sunbathing lawn.
Garden furniture, charcoal grill and sunshades are available.
Ski lifts and ski trails can be reached from the house without a car.

Die Lage ein wenig abseits der Landstraße und dennoch "zentral" in Waldau macht die Ferienwohnung zu einem schönen, ruhigen temporären Wohnort und geigneten Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen im Hochschwarzwald. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist funktionell eingerichtet, Küchenutensilien ff stehen zur Verfügung. Einen Hund mitzubringen, war kein Problem.
Die "Wohnungstür" ist eine einfache Zimmertür, was manch sicherheitsbedürftigen Menschen in's Grübeln bringen mag. Denn auch die vorgelagerte Haustür hat ein einfaches Schloss, das einem Einbruchversuch wohl wenig entgegenzusetzen hätte. Die Wassertemperaturregelung der Dusche ist zwischenzeitig nur...
