Modern flats in a recently built, multi-level building located in the central area of Villa Rosa renowned for its fine sandy beaches and crystal clear sea, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The resort has been awarded the Blue Flag several times for the quality of its water.
For those who love walking and cycling, there is a scenic cycle path that connects Villa Rosa to Martinsicuro, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova and Roseto degli Abruzzi, offering a route of around 30 km along the coast. For family fun, the Acquapark Onda Blu, located about 15 minutes' drive away, offers pools, slides and games for all ages.
