Run down, appalling spa standards and poor customer service

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay and found it a waste of money. Very poor standards for a hotel of this level.
Spa and pool area the paint hanging off the wall, locker-key had a thread bare hairband as a wrist band, sauna not working,and the shower areas were disgusting. The jacuzzi had under 16's messing around 5 customers waiting to be checked in whilst staff on their mobile phones, the rooms had no mirror with suitable light to use. We were so disappointed with our stay

Very efficient check in. Clean, spacious room with air conditioning- very welcome on the hottest 2 days of the year. Good location, walking distance to everything we needed.

The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air.
