High-quality vacation apartment furnished with great attention to detail, approx. 42 m² for 2 persons, newly renovated in 2024, non-smoking apartment, no pets. Daylight bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, washing machine. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, microwave, hot air fryer, fridge with 3-star freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, milk frother, egg boiler, kettle, toaster, dining table with 2 leather swing chairs, USB socket. Initial supply of consumables and toiletries: Coffee capsules, tea, a bottle of mineral water, spices, vinegar and oil, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, kitchen and toilet paper.

Of course, cling film and aluminum foil are also included. You will find spaghetti and a jar of pesto for your first arrival meal. Living room with open sleeping area, solid wood wardrobes, couch with plenty of space to lie down, rocking chair, flatscreen TV, sleeping area with double bed (180 x 200 cm), hotel safe, radio, fiber optic-based WLAN (free of charge). In the service room next to the apartment there is a tumble dryer, a steam iron and ironing board, a cordless vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials. Laundry package (per person and week 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 tea towels) and bed linen included, final cleaning included. Parking spaces directly opposite the house. Secure storage for e-bikes with charging facilities. Small seating area in front of the apartment with comfortable garden furniture, sun in the morning. Quietly located in a cul-de-sac, shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (LIDL, HIT with bakery and magazines / Lotto), walk to the city center 10 minutes, care by landlady on site. There are two other condominiums in the house, one of which is occupied by the landlady.
