Not far from Ebeltoft, you will find this beautiful pool house, situated on a lovely plot approximately 300 meters from the water.
The house features an elegant and well-appointed open kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, as well as a cozy living room with comfortable furniture.
The sleeping accommodations are divided into five spacious bedrooms – all with double beds.
The last two sleeping places are found in the loft, best suited for children. A wonderful wellness area includes a large swimming pool and a children's pool for the little ones.
Additionally, there is both a spa bath and a sauna, as well as two beautiful bathrooms with a shower and underfloor heating. Outside, you will find delightful terraces with quality garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, as well as a rooftop terrace with stylish lounge furniture, offering a stunning view of the surrounding area.
The property features a nice lawn, perfect for playing, ball games, and outdoor relaxation.
There are also amenities for the little holiday guests, including a sandbox, swings, and a slide.

The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although in some areas, there is a mix of sand and stones.
For mountain biking enthusiasts, the area offers a 13 km trail with varying difficulty levels. From the house, it is about a 10-minute drive to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you will find the Glass Museum, renowned for its modern glass art.
The harbor also features several excellent restaurants and offers the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish.
A visit to the Frigate Jylland is also highly recommended. In Ebeltoft’s charming cobbled streets, you will discover many exciting shops selling home decor and crafts, as well as small, cozy cafés.
Here, you will also find the town’s most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where couples from near and far come to get married. From the house, it is less than an hour’s drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
