Located on a large nature plot in the beautiful, forested landscape near Femmøller, this older, newly renovated, and truly charming house is surrounded by a large, partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, an umbrella, and a barbecue.
There are play equipment for children on the property.
It’s a true natural oasis, where you can both relax and enjoy outdoor activities. The house feels open and inviting throughout, with plenty of natural light.
The beautifully and simply furnished living room, which opens to the terrace, is connected to the kitchen and includes a dining area for 5 people—3 adults and 2 children— a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast (note that there are no channels connected; all content must be streamed from a PC or other media device).
The newer, lovely kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooktops, an oven, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.
The house has 5 sleeping spaces, distributed between 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (intended for children), and a sofa bed in the living room.
A neat, original bathroom with a shower area and washing machine is also included.
The house has a heat pump with air conditioning.
A high chair is available for the youngest guests.
