This older, traditional, and renovated cottage is situated on a large, wooded natural lot close to both the forest and the beach in the hilly landscape south of Ebeltoft.
The house features a large southeast-facing tiled terrace, partially covered, and a south-facing wooden terrace, both accessible from the living room.
There are garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a cozy fire pit on the property. The spacious, bright, and inviting living room is semi-open to the kitchen and includes comfortable sofa furniture and a wood-burning stove.
There is a large dining area for 6 people, a radio, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast – please note that no channels are connected, and all content must be streamed from a PC or another media source.
The well-equipped kitchen has ceramic hobs, a built-in oven, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.
The 6 sleeping spaces are distributed among 3 bright bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds.
There is a nice tiled bathroom with a shower.
Internet access is available. The scenic area around Øer is just a few kilometers from the charming streets and good shopping opportunities of Ebeltoft.
The child-friendly Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife, offering excellent fishing opportunities.
For cycling enthusiasts, one of Denmark's best mountain bike trails is nearby.
