Stay in one of the wings of Glads Mølle, one of Femmøller’s legendary five watermills, which has been carefully and beautifully restored, situated on a large plot by the Mølleåen stream with its own small lake.
The property’s original character and atmosphere have been preserved throughout, from the old ceiling beams to the beautiful, old doors and windows.
Here, you will experience something truly unique, surrounded by exceptional surroundings and with all the comforts of modern living. The main entrance opens to a hallway that leads into the large, bright living room with two lovely sofa areas, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels.
The cozy dining area has seating for 6 people and is open to the spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
The house has 1 large, comfortable bedroom with a double bed, 1 room with a bunk bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room, providing a total of 6 sleeping places.
A well-appointed, regular tiled bathroom with a shower area and washing machine.
For the youngest guests, a crib and high chair are available.
Internet access is provided.
A cozy, secluded tiled terrace with good garden furniture, loungers, an umbrella, and a barbecue. The property also includes a rowing boat with life vests, which you can use at your own risk on the 1.5-meter-deep mill pond.
The rowing boat is shared, along with the property grounds, with the other two rental units on the site. Femmøller is somewhat hidden within the “mountains,” but it is just a short distance from both Femmøller Beach and Ebeltoft.
The town’s former seaside hotel from 1909, which today functions as a boarding school, marks the beginning of tourism in the Ebeltoft area, which was primarily focused on nature experiences in Mols Bjerge.
The popular hiking trail, the Italian Path, is part of the routes in the National Park and starts at the end of Glads Mølle's grounds.
