The houseboat is moored along a very quiet and preserved quay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet so close to it.
Enjoy all the comfort of a classic apartment, right on the water! ⚓
The space features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy little living room, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The real highlight? A private balcony over the water, perfect for sipping your morning coffee to the peaceful sound of the lapping waves. 🌊 ☕ A little plus for your morning: Although we do not serve a hot breakfast, you will find everything you need right in your suite to start the day off on the right foot: coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam, rusks, biscuits, fruit juice, and bottled water. Located in the heart of the dynamic and modern Bassins à Flots district, this houseboat offers the perfect compromise: a true haven of peace completely sheltered from the rush, while remaining ideally connected.
Within a short 10-minute walk, you will have access to all the city's amenities and transport links (tram, bus, bike-sharing stations, and even the Batcub, Bordeaux's river shuttle) for a stay that is both peaceful and ultra-connected. 🚗 Parking: Free parking is available right in front of the houseboat. 📱 For your arrival: If you use the Waze app, feel free to type "Petite Annick" directly into the search bar. The GPS will lead you straight to the quay! The story of the "Petite Annick": The owners of the houseboat will be delighted to welcome you! As natives of Bordeaux and passionate about this magnificent city of character, they will be happy to share their top insider tips and recommendations to ensure you don't miss any of the must-see spots.
As an added bonus, their son Louis, a tour guide, would be delighted to accompany you on your outings. This houseboat is a recent retiree from the gravel transport industry, acquired after more than 30 years of faithful service.
Bringing her to her Bordeaux dock was a true adventure: they had to transport her down the canals cut into two pieces, in order to cross the some 500 locks that stood between them and their destination.

Louis was a great and very welcoming host! He allowed us to drop off our bags early, which was very convenient. The boat itself is spacious and cool! There’s some construction in the area, but the view of the water is very pretty.
