Doors lead from the living area to three furnished terraces (east, south, west) with garden furniture, beach chairs and deckchairs, surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with a frieze wall and wildlife fence.

The numerous rose beds are resplendent in a beautiful splendour of blossom.
The vacation home is located in Stralsund, known for its listed old town and various attractions, including Stralsund Zoo (approximately 4 km away), museums, a theatre, the Hansedom swimming paradise, and the Ozeaneum.
It also serves as a gateway to the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee.
The Bodden beach is just 400 m from the property, and public transport links are within walking distance. 2 parking spaces are available on the property.
This property features a loft bed suitable for children up to 12 years old. 1 dog is allowed (for a nightly fee).
