To the left of the entrance is the first bathroom with a floor-level shower, underfloor heating and towel heating, next to which is the in-house sauna.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor forms the centrepiece. The U-shaped kitchen with granite worktop is fully equipped and features a bar with three stools. The dining area includes a large oak table with six chairs, a high chair is available. The living room has a cosy corner leather sofa with extendable seat, a 52-inch TV with soundbar, DVD player and a high-quality stereo system. A fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere.
This property features a loft bed suitable for children up to 12 years old.

Doors lead from the living area to three furnished terraces (east, south, west) with garden furniture, beach chairs and deckchairs, surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with a frieze wall and wildlife fence.
The garden has now grown into a green paradise and offers a beautiful privacy screen in summer reeds provide a beautiful privacy screen in summer.
The numerous rose beds are resplendent in a beautiful splendour of blossom.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Auch das Grundstück ist wunderschön angelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt. Vielen Dank.
Leider wurde der Rasenroboter nicht eingesetzt, der aber vorhanden ist.
Im Ort gibt es keine Restaurants, bzw. war nichts geöffnet und keinen Einkaufsladen.

Ein perfektes und mit viel Liebe ausgestattetes Ferienhaus.
Die Gartenanlage ebenfalls, wir haben selten so ein schönes Feriendomizil gehabt.
Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Da gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln.
Ruhige Wohnlage im Vorort von Stralsund.
