With stylish interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and space for up to 6 guests (with sofa bed), it’s the perfect city-centre base just 5 minutes from Manchester Victoria Station and close to shops, bars, and restaurants.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.

Water heater didn't work our last morning. Manager never responded to the hot water problem.
Sofa arm was broken, and uncomfortable to sit on.
Found hair on the shower tile our first morning.
Loose bathroom tile in 2nd bath.
