Situated on a quiet street, this large terraced house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, in a quiet area of London, with great transport links on your doorstep. There are 3 bedrooms with space for up to 5 guests. There is a single bedroom, twin bedroom equipped with bunk beds, and a large double bedroom on the top floor with floor to ceiling windows and an en-suite bathroom. Each bed is made up with hotel linen, as well as having ample storage space for clothes and belongings. There is also a large family bathroom, with clean fluffy towels for each guest. The open plan kitchen living area boasts large windows overlooking the back garden letting in plenty of light. The large sliding doors give access to the decking, where you can soak up the evening sun sitting on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and there is also WiFi available throughout the house.

-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees

-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
