Nestled in the prestigious Knightsbridge district, this exceptional 3 bedroom residence offers an elegant base in the heart of London, just moments from world-renowned attractions, luxury shopping, and iconic museums.
Designed with comfort and style in mind, the property features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 well-appointed bathrooms and additional WC, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, 2 generous reception rooms and a spacious private terrace. Guests will have access to all parts of the house, and be the sole occupants. -Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. -All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in. -For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees. -If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late.
If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply). -If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in. - For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee. - For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee - We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property. - Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am. - If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
