In the heart of a beautiful hilly region, in a quiet village in the Auxois, this house was fully renovated in 2012. Access to the cottage is via a stone staircase.
The fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room, which features a wood-burning stove.
There is a separate WC. A few steps lead to the three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (140 cm) and the third has two single beds (90 cm). There is also a walk-in shower with a WC. A private terrace and a 100 m² raised garden with a swing, slide, trampoline, and sandpit are located at the rear of the cottage.
Bicycles are available.
A garage with a ping-pong table and foosball table is also provided.
Covered parking is available opposite the cottage.
A cot, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat, and child safety gates are provided. 11 km away is the Nid à la Caille lake, offering supervised swimming, a children's playground, and the Pont lake with its beach.
Cycling route along the Burgundy Canal.
Numerous cultural sites nearby: MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey, the medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (also known for its aniseed) and Semur-en-Auxois, Bussy-Rabutin Castle, and Epoisses. Charges and supplements: Sheets: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Towels: €5 per person per stay.
Oil heating: €30 to €56 per week during the winter season, or based on meter reading. Electricity: based on meter reading (8 kWh/day included). Firewood for the stove is provided. Arrival after 4:00 PM. Please inform us of your arrival time the day before so we can make arrangements. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: .
