Ground floor: living room with dining room for 14 people and lounge with fireplace.
Separate kitchen.
Bathroom with corner bath and WC. A bedroom with a 140 bed. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 bed, one with shower room.
Large relaxation room with billiards.
Separate WC. 2nd floor: 1 family room with 1 160 bed and 2 90 beds. Possibility to rent an additional annex for 4 people under reference 21G841. Oil central heating included in the prices.
Free wood.
Parking in front of the cottage. 600 m² garden.
Private swimming pool (11 x 5.35) with spa, heated by a dome and open from mid-May to October depending on the weather.
Travel cot and high chair.
Church next to the cottage. Charges and supplements: Rental of sheets for 1 person: €8 per person.
Rental of sheets for 2 people: €16 per person.
End of stay cleaning: €75 for 10 people.
Bathroom linen: €5 per person for the stay. To visit: Beaune and its Hospices.
