It comprises a 70 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 70 m² living area with a sitting area, TV and dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedrooms 1 and 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Two shower rooms with walk-in showers - Two separate toilets Upstairs - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed - Separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 5 x 10m, open from 1 May to 30 September. - A 20 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A 1,500 m² enclosed garden The house is ideally situated in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant setting.
Nearby, you’ll find a football pitch, a pétanque court and outdoor games. Activities: - A lake 100 m from the house, ideal for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, walking, cycling and running. - Golf course 10 minutes away. - Sightseeing: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Lastours Castle, the Limousis Caves, the Gouffre de Cabrespine, Fontfroide Abbey… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Carcassonne railway station is 15 minutes away - Carcassonne Sud de France Airport is 7 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets welcome free of charge.

Maison grande et bien située Propriétaires très sympathiques malheureusement la maison est très sale. Les portes fenêtres ne se ferment pas et pas de détecteur incendie. Sinon la piscine est très bien nettoyée. Lits faits à l'arrivée et linge de maison propre
