The 86 m² apartment with real wood flooring is located in a modern wooden house (built July 2016) on the second floor, about 400 m from the lake.
From the balcony, you enjoy an unobstructed view of the lake and the Swiss mountains beyond. As experienced hosts, we care deeply that your stay is relaxing and that you feel at home right away.
The quietly situated accommodation offers the perfect atmosphere for restful days. An elevator takes you directly to the underground garage, where you can park your car.
There is a separate storage room for bicycles.
The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and children are warmly welcome. For families, we offer on request a baby cot, two high chairs, two bed guards, two car booster seats (15–35 kg), as well as various toys and books. Nearby, you will find an organic farm shop (200 m), a supermarket (500 m), a bus stop (150 m), the lakeside lido (1.5 km), and the city center (3 km).

Die Wohnung war hell, modern, sauber, toll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Der Blick auf den Bodensee vom eigenen Balkon war gut. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war super. Der eigene Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl sind für den Gepäcktransport optimal.
Die Lichtschalter sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig in der Bedienung.
