I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, calls) and can move me in case of problem for the smooth running of your stay.
I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions. The check-in is between 16 hours and 20 hours.
If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in. ## Neighborhood > An exceptional geographical situation, > All shops nearby, > High-end services, > 110 meters from the Croisette seaside and 20 meters to the Mouré rouge seaside, > 18 minutes from the rue d'Antibes, > 15 minutes by car from the train station of Cannes train & bus SNCF. the Palm Beach district and the "Place de l'etang" renowned for its petanque play area but also by the proximity of the sea on both sides, "the Croisette" for its private beaches, "Mouré Rouge" for its public and family beaches. The new complex now hosts an open-air nightclub, a cabaret club execptionel with refined decoration, a sailing school, stands for paddle rentals, pedalo, windsurfing ... as well as many local shops . "it's like the feeling of being in another city of cannes," you will reach the city center in 15 min walk along the beaches, hotels of the croisette. an essential walk not to be missed.
