Gute Ausstattung. Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls auf dem kleinen Grundstück und ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Haus ist eng umgeben von Nachbargrundstücken. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein weiteres Apartment. Zugang mit Koffern sehr eng. Auf dem Dach des Tiny House befindet sich ein Loungebereich, so dass das verrücken der Stühle im Haus eventuell hörbar ist.
Rechts neben dem Haus ist direkt eine weitere Wohnanlage. Der Pool grenzt direkt an das Haus.
