At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, here are the extra costs for each
Important Information for Booking Your Stay
1. Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no additional fees).
2. Cleaning Costs
- For stays of up to one week, the cleaning cost is €275 at the end of the stay.
- For stays of two weeks, an intermediate cleaning (2 hours by 2 people) is done halfway through the stay at a cost of €90, with a final cleaning at the end of the second week costing €275.
- For a one-month stay, three intermediate cleanings (at the middle of each week) are included, each costing €90, and a final cleaning at the end of the stay for €275.
3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days (for those over 18 years old).
4. Off-Season Supplements (October to April)
- One-month stay: €600 monthly supplement for water, electricity, and gas based on actual consumption.
5. Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00
- Check-out: by 10:00
6. Late Arrival
- From 20:00 to 24:00: €45 supplement.
- After midnight: €70 supplement.
- Sunday or public holiday: €50.
7. Security Deposit: The deposit is €1500 (€3000 if there are pets).
