This holiday apartment with its approx. 75.1 sqm of living and usable space is very quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a south-facing slope and a very beautiful and wide view (see photos) and offers you pure luxury...
Two rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway with the following equipment:
Kitchen with
Kitchen table and two chairs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, egg cooker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, five pots, three pans, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, spices, etc..
Bathroom with
Shower, bathtub, WT, toilet, FBH
and washing machine (for an extra fee, 5 euros per wash cycle).
Towels per guest: 1 x large, 2 x medium, 1 x small, 1 x mini.
Hallway with
Wardrobe, four hangers, mirror, shoe cabinet, FBH.
Bedroom with
King size bed 180 x 200 cm, H3 and H4 spring mattresses, luxury size bed linen 220 x 155 cm, nightstands with lighting, clock, TV, luggage rack, large wardrobe with 20 hangers, chest of drawers, reading chair and side cupboard with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board , etc..
Living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, mini sound system for cell phone playlist and radio, TV, TV board, shelf, fan, double display case with glass floor lighting, sideboard, dining table with four chairs, desk with lamp and desk chair.
Access is via the regular house entrance, which several people use.
You can access the holiday apartment on the top floor via a staircase with handrails on the walls.
You use the entire attic apartment alone during your stay and are therefore completely undisturbed.
You can reach me during your stay via my mobile phone number or in person in my house on the ground floor.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ,es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Toller Empfang und nette Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber, der sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht ist.

Das Haus an sich war mega schön sehr gut eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte.Und der Gastgeber war mega nett und freundlich,sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Waren wirklich begeistert.
