Pierpont D1 is a pleasant, single-storey holiday home settled on the grounds of the desirable West Bay Club, a stone's throw from the popular town of Yarmouth.
Pierpont D1 is an excellent base for both families and friends looking to discover the Isle of Wight.
Stepping inside, be charmed by the warm and homely interior of the open-plan living space, sure to be the heart of the home, where you can look forward to cosying up in front of the television to enjoy a family-favourite, or gathering together at the dining table to tuck-in to a hearty meal.
Tucked away at the rear of the sociable space is the kitchen, traditionally decorated with wooden fixtures and equipped with a fantastic range of facilities.
In the warmer months, throw open the patio doors and carry the conversation to the garden, where you can soak in the last of the evening sunshine with a glass of fizz in hand.
When the day draws to a close, retreat indoors to catch your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, with a double with it's own en-suite and a twin room to choose from; a family bathroom fit with both a bath and an overhead shower is situated across the way. For those evenings where you don't fancy doing the cooking, take the short walk to the local pub, the Boathouse Yarmouth, where you can dine with an unspoilt view of the glistening waters of The Solent.

Kettle, toaster, microwave, a dining area with seating for four and a sitting area with a TV, DVD, games and a sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin. Outside, there is a communal garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture and off-road parking in a car park on-site. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
