This spacious holiday home in the village of Groede is made for a wonderful holiday. It has a large, modern and cozy living room with a cozy pallet stove. The large sliding door gives access to the terrace. The garden is completely fenced and has a beautiful pond (not fenced). The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences to cook with 9 people. It is a wonderful holiday home for a family holiday. Upstairs you will find spacious bedrooms of high quality and two bathrooms.
This beautiful holiday home in Zeeland is located only four kilometers from the beautiful sandy beach of the village of Groede. There is ample parking on the beach. In the evening you can enjoy the setting sun while enjoying a snack or a drink. This holiday home is also suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious mussel dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants and relax on the beach on the North Sea coast. Not far away are the authentic center of Groede, the very popular with visitors Sluis and the inviting seaside resorts of Cadzand and Breskens.
On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming hall, a convenient toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary dishes and cooking basics. The open-plan living/dining area includes a dining table, TV, and a pellet stove to keep you warm during colder months. The ground-floor bedroom is fitted with two single beds, and the bathroom offers both a bathtub and a separate shower, making it ideal for families.

Jeder Gast sollte hier unbedingt Halt machen. Der Pelletofen sorgte für angenehme Wärme an kühlen Tagen und der Teich hinten war ein ruhiger Rückzugsort nach Strandtagen. Ein Schlafzimmer unten ermöglichte entspannte Pausen während die anderen oben zusammen waren. Die Lage nahe an Restaurants ist sehr praktisch und zugleich ruhig.

Pulled up in the quiet village and immediately noticed the calm around the house. Inside, the pellet stove added a cozy warmth while we settled in. Sliding doors made it easy to step out onto the terrace without fuss.

Would book again without hesitation. The upstairs area was spacious for everyone, and having two bathrooms made busy mornings easier. Cooking meals was simple with all kitchen equipment available, plus the fenced garden gave children plenty of safe space to play.
