This spacious holiday home in the village of Groede is made for a wonderful holiday. It has a large, modern and cozy living room with a cozy pallet stove. The large sliding door gives access to the terrace. The garden is completely fenced and has a beautiful pond (not fenced). The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences to cook with 9 people. It is a wonderful holiday home for a family holiday. Upstairs you will find spacious bedrooms of high quality and two bathrooms.
This beautiful holiday home in Zeeland is located only four kilometers from the beautiful sandy beach of the village of Groede. There is ample parking on the beach. In the evening you can enjoy the setting sun while enjoying a snack or a drink. This holiday home is also suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious mussel dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants and relax on the beach on the North Sea coast. Not far away are the authentic center of Groede, the very popular with visitors Sluis and the inviting seaside resorts of Cadzand and Breskens.
On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming hall, a convenient toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary dishes and cooking basics. The open-plan living/dining area includes a dining table, TV, and a pellet stove to keep you warm during colder months. The ground-floor bedroom is fitted with two single beds, and the bathroom offers both a bathtub and a separate shower, making it ideal for families.

Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. House rules are displayed in the living room.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier! Das Haus war charmant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bot ausreichend Platz für unsere neunköpfige Gruppe, und die Badezimmer waren toll. Wir bedauern nur, dass wir nicht so viel Zeit hatten, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung zu erkunden!

Helemaal genoten van ons verblijf hier, De slaapkamers waren super comfortabel en de twee badkamers waren een redder in nood voor onze groep, Het is fijn dat de plek zo dicht bij het centrum van Groede en de stranden ligt, Het enige wat ik zou zeggen is dat de vijver waarschijnlijk een hek nodig heeft, gewoon voor de veiligheid

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Schlafzimmer waren super komfortabel und die zwei Badezimmer waren für unsere Gruppe ein echter Segen. Es ist toll, dass die Unterkunft so nah am Zentrum von Groede und den Stränden liegt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Teich bräuchte wahrscheinlich einen Zaun – einfach aus Sicherheitsgründen.
