The apartment was renovated in summer 2022 and furnished with new furniture and beds.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic lake views and direct access to the rooftop terrace.
The terrace, with its beautiful lake view, is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink in the sunset.

There are 2 bedrooms—one with a large box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), the other with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm)—as well as an exclusive bathroom with a large bathtub where you can unwind.

The center of Überlingen is about a 15-minute walk away.
The lake is only about 12 minutes on foot.

Der Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf den Bodensee - traumhaft!
Weiter Gassiweg von der Wohnung zum Wasser herunter und schwierig zu finden. Keine Gastronomie in der Nähe.

Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist optimal, der Sonnenbalkon mit dem Ausblick zum Bodensee ist schon einmalig.
Das kleine Haus mit den wenigen Mietern war sehr ruhig. Ebenso die Mikrolage, sehr ruhig.
Ein Geschirrspüler wäre möglicherweise hilfreich.
Leider war der Wirlpool defekt u konnte nur zum Duschen genutzt werden

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war super und eine ruhige Wohngegend.
Wirlpool defekt, Abflussdeckel von Wanne auch defekt, somit war nur Duschen möglich
Kühlschrank ist sehr laut,
Küche schlecht ausgestattet zum Kochen (Schneebesen usw.) fehlt,
Geschirr im Schrank teilweise unsauber
