Located in one of the quietest, most authentic alleys of the Trastevere neighborhood, San Francesco di Sales is a lovely studio/pied-à-terre that can accommodate up to 2 people.
Couples headed for a cityscape or wanting to relax in a non-obvious part of Rome will find it to be perfect for their needs! Rich in natural light, with its walls covered in local art and wooden floors, you will fit just in in this small apartment and will enjoy living like a real Trasteverino! The kitchenette is fully equipped and you can count on it to help you prepare quick meals during your stay: in addition to pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils, you will find an oven, a toaster over, an American-type coffee machine (automatic drip) and a washing machine.
And let’s not forget the dishwasher! The bathroom, complete with a large shower, was recently renovated. Sales 82 comes with independent heating in the winter, and an air conditioning system in the summer.
A free Wi-Fi connection is available to our guests free of charge. Please note that the property is unsuitable for those with a mobility issue: it’s on a third floor and there are 80 steps from street level to the entrance door. This accommodation relies on a self check-in system.

We loved our stay place was centrally located, but beware of 5 flights of stairs. Once you have walked all day and then have to go up stairs it is exhausting. Other than that we loved the authentic feel of where we were.

We enjoyed the location very much. The Trastevere neighborhood was a lot of fun. We weren’t so close to all of the action so it was quiet at night. We found getting around Rome to be very accessible with buses, trams, trains and taxis.

No vineyard view! Everything was excellent. Clean. Great communication with host. Great restaurants nearby. Easy walking to sights.
