Beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern residential complex located on Dunikowskiego Street in Ursynów district. The convenient location in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by green areas provides an intimate atmosphere and guarantees a quiet and stylish place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Less than 300 meters from the building there is the John Paul II Park with the ''Maciejka'' brine graduation tower, as well as numerous sports fields and playgrounds for children - this area is a great family-friendly location. An interesting place worth visiting is the famous Służewiec Race Track located just 5 minutes by car from the apartment. Ursynów, is a district away from the city center, but well connected thanks to the M1 subway line. The nearest subway station - Stokłosy - is only 700 meters from the apartment, which makes getting to the farthest corners of the Capital fast and hassle-free.
