The house was very clean( to start with before the dust from works got in) and that lady who looks after it was very helpful. We needed an electric fan for the house and she provided one.
The house already had 3, but two were very old and not much use.
Some artistic licence was used in the description. It's not what I'm sure most people would call ' luxury' , it has no sea view as described, and it's much more of a walk to the local shop and beach than is mentioned.
