Holiday Home Hafenhuus am Meer – Relaxation Right by the Dike
Welcome to Fedderwardersiel! Our 90 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests and is set in a quiet, natural location just behind the dike—only 200 m from the North Sea. The property features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, Wi-Fi, as well as a baby cot and high chair.
Outdoor Area & Extras:
Enjoy your private garden with a covered terrace and barbecue (to be cleaned by you). Free street parking is available directly by the house.
Important Booking Conditions:
Check-in & Visitor’s Tax: After booking, please complete the contact form on the platform.
Contact us at least 3 days before arrival to arrange your spa cards and self check-in (key box). The code will be provided after payment of the visitor’s tax and submission of your details. Laundry Service: Duvets and pillows are provided.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for an extra charge on site if needed. Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed (for an extra charge on site). House Rules & Cleanliness: To avoid extra charges, please observe our rules: Pets: Animals are strictly not allowed on sofas, armchairs, chairs, or beds.
Please bring your own baskets or blankets. Condition on Departure: Please leave the house tidy.
Dispose of all rubbish (instructions for sorting provided), clean dishes and barbecue, and empty the fridge. General: Non-smoking house.
Parties only permitted upon prior request. In case of major violations or heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge additional fees. We look forward to welcoming you to Butjadingen!

Im Wohnraum Doppelsteckdose unter der Treppe funktionierte nicht
Kinderreisebett konnte nicht genutzt werden da die Einlage einseitig tiefer war
Im obrigen Kinderzimmer fehlt eine Kindersicherung in der Steckdose
Haus war super und ruhig.

Das Haus an sich, die schöne und ruhige Lage und die Ruhe.
WLAN.zu langsam
Leider kein Eisfach in der Küche.
Die Mülltonnen waren schon ziemlich voll, so das wir zum Schluss Probleme hatten unseren Müll zu entsorgen.
Wir hatten ein entspanntes Wochenende an der Nordsee.

Jeder hatte sein Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr gemütlich und gut nutzbar. Wirklich schöne Lage zum Entspannen. Wir wollten einfach einmal rauskommen und gemeinsam Zeit verbringen.
Zusammen kochen klappt super, trotz enger Küche. Esstisch, Sitzecke alles da. Am Meer spazieren gehen und Schafe gucken auch sehr schön. Wir haben sogar eine Robbe gesehen.
Bad etwas klein. Mit drei Leuten kein Problem. Die vollen sechs wären zu viele.
