Le confort, l’équipement et la décoration de l’appartement.
L’emplacement, exceptionnel pour les surfeurs mais pas pour nous qui voulions rayonner dans l’île.
L’absence de climatisation qui obligeait à ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres sur la cour intérieure -> nuisance sonore des voisins (aboiements de chiens et son de TV jusqu’à 1 voire 2 h du matin)
