The holiday complex offers the following facilities: stylishly furnished accommodations surrounded by green nature, a modern sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as two pools with hydro-massage jets (guaranteed approximately from the end of May to the end of September) and direct lake views, a Beach Café, and a fitness area, also with direct lake views.
For the younger guests, there is a small children's play area.
A dedicated app for the complex allows you to order restaurant, pizzeria, and supermarket delivery services with just one click.
Lake Garda is also ideal for numerous water sports.
Golf enthusiasts will find great golf courses in the surrounding area. The modern lodge accommodates a maximum of 7 people and consists of three living modules.
The first module has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The second module consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the second with two single beds and a bunk bed for a child under 12 years old.
This is also where the second bathroom is located, equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The third living module houses the kitchen and dining area.
There is a 4-burner stove, a sink, pots, dishes, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A table and chairs are also provided.
The large window door overlooking the spacious wooden veranda lends a lot of brightness to the living room.

Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival).

BEACH The holiday village is directly adjacent to Lake Garda with a small pebble beach.
POOL On the sun terrace, the holiday complex offers two hydro-massage pools, inviting you to relax.
FAMILY FRIENDLY A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and incur additional costs.
A small children's play area is also available.
LEISURE AND SPORTS The complex features a well-equipped outdoor fitness area with wonderful views of the dreamlike landscape of Lake Garda.

LOCATION
This holiday village is located on the west side of Lake Garda in an area known for its magnificent, colorful panoramas and lush nature. The Piccola Gardiola complex impresses with its direct lakeside location and a wonderful panoramic view of the Gulf of Manerba.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
San Felice del Benaco is idyllically situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. The main town, with its old alleys and a romantically overgrown fortress ruin, is located about 2 kilometers above the lake. Narrow country roads lead from here to the beautiful swimming bays around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese, and the San Fermo peninsula. From Portese – a small village belonging to the municipality – you have a beautiful view of the neighboring town of Salò, which nestles into the bay of the same name. The center of Portese offers some nice local eateries. Directly in front of the San Felice del Garda lakeshore lies the island of Isola del Garda. On the island stands a stately villa in a Neo-Gothic Venetian style, which once served Saint Francis of Assisi as a meditation site and can be visited today during the summer months. Every Wednesday, a lovely weekly market takes place in San Felice del Benaco, where you can find fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables, as well as unique cured meat and cheese specialties at good prices.
In just 1.5 hours by car, you can reach Verona for a city trip, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-renowned Arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, inviting you for extensive shopping tours. A drive around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a whitewater rafting ride to a fairytale-themed world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to bring visitors closer to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered animal species and counts several endangered species among its inhabitants, such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda. On a walking path, visitors can go on safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.

Wir waren im ersten Haus und somit direkt am Pool-Bereich und am See. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal war super freundlich und kompetent. Auch unsere Hündin war herzlich willkommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Direct aan het Gardameer. Rustig gedeelte en mooie omgeving
In de de directe omgeving waren niet direct op loopafstand diverse horecazaken. Heeft het zeer warme weer ook meegespeeld dat lopen een mindere optie werd. En de wifi was bar slecht. Dit is met twee jongvolwassene geen aanrader.
