Ideally located just 15 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda and Souillac, our property offers you a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Dordogne.
In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Dordogne river beaches, perfect for swimming and canoeing, as well as the greenway cycle path connecting Souillac to Sarlat-la-Canéda. The house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests and features a private entrance.
Upstairs, the open kitchen flows into the living room and three air-conditioned bedrooms.
Enjoy your own terrace overlooking the pool, complete with a full outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and plancha.
The private, secure pool is ideal for relaxing in total peace.
The ground floor is completely private and unoccupied, ensuring your privacy. A five-minute walk brings you to all amenities in Saint-Julien-de-Lampon: butcher, bakery, pharmacy, grocery, and bar-restaurant.
We remain discreet but available to assist you throughout your stay. Additional information: pets are not allowed.

Een geweldig mooi vakantiehuis met zwembad, gerund door hele lieve verhuurders en gelegen in een fantastische omgeving.
