This splendid, 130-sq-mt holiday villa is nestled in the hills of East Costa del Sol, in a private setting with subtropical vegetation that lets you unwind and rejoice in the quietness of the surrounding area.

The house is characterised by double-height ceilings and rustic furniture, which mix with modern-day comforts to create the perfect ambience to enjoy your holidays. Once you enter the villa, you will find a light-filled dining-living room, featuring a massive brick fireplace and a TV, as well as a comfortable sofa and a six-place dining table.
The living area opens onto the fully equipped independent kitchen, where you will be provided with all the kitchen tools and electric appliances that you will need during your stay.
The full windows of the living room, in addition to letting a significant amount of light flood in, also provide access to the spectacular porch and the outdoor area. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, two double and two twin beds.
The master bedroom also features warm/cool air-con, whereas the others are equipped with fans and heaters.
The bathroom of the villa, provided with a shower, is entirely adapted for people with reduced mobility. Outside, you will have the chance of enjoying the south-oriented position of the house: the warm sunshine and fresh breeze will accompany you and your family during your whole stay, ensuring the most pleasant ambience for your holidays.

sehr schöne Rollstuhl geeignete Finca mit Pool und Poollifter, für die Gegend einigermaßen gute Erreichbarkeit über kleine asphaltierte Anliegerstraße,sehr nette Eigentümerin

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Haus und vor allem der Ausenbereich ist sehr schön. Es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Es war ein toller, entspannter Urlaub.
Super wäre es wenn 6 Liegen vorhanden wären und das dritte Schlafzimmer auch eine Klimaanlage hätte.
