The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

The property is located close in the countryside, 2 km from Motril and Torrenueva.
The nearest beach is just a 7-minute drive away. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

La piscina era una pasada.
En general bien, se necesita coche pero estás a 8 min de Salobreña y cerca de Motril, incluso llegó el Telepizza
Muy antentos los propietarios con las indicaciones que puedan surgir.

La piscina y el jardín son espectaculares.
Este año habido muchos mosquitos en la zona y por la ubicación de la casa entre huertos e invernaderos, hemos recibido muchas picaduras.
