A cosy terrace with garden furniture, bicycle storage and a washing machine are available to guests for communal use.

Arrival/departure is possible all year round on all weekdays except Christmas (24 to 26 December) and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day (31 December to 1 January). Non-smoking flat. Pets (only house-trained, harmless, quiet) are welcome and can be brought along for a fee.
