The fully equipped kitchenette has an oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer (installed: April 2025).
The bedroom offers a cozy double bed, a large wardrobe, a sofa bed and a CD player.
A separate second bedroom for another person is equipped with a wardrobe and washbasin.
The new, spacious bathroom features a shower/toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
Each, the bedroom and living room, has a balcony with panoramic mountain views (south and east balcony) towards Nebelhorn and Söllereck.
