• Bright, friendly and well-maintained apartment, approx. 60 m² (2 rooms) for 2–4 people on the first floor, modern and comfortably furnished. • Living room with dining table, smart TV and cozy sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping option for 2 people. • Fully equipped, new kitchenette with oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer, installed in April 2025. • New, spacious bathroom with shower/WC, washbasin, hairdryer and towel radiator. • Bedroom with comfortable double bed, extra bed for children, large wardrobe, sitting area and CD player. • Separate wardrobe with chest of drawers for extra storage. • Each a balcony from the bedroom and living room with panoramic mountain view (south and east balcony) towards Nebelhorn and Söllereck. • Free parking directly at the house! • Free Wi-Fi. • Bread roll service available on request for an extra charge.
