This gîte is situated in a residential area, within the Vidauque estate, on the heights of Cavaillon. The rental is part of a main house with its own private entrance, not overlooked. The property is located at the end of a private lane. You will be amazed by the view that unfolds before you. It is a quiet and central location for visiting Provence! The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away and the town center of Cavaillon is 4 km away. Cavaillon is at the heart of the most beautiful sites in Provence, between Avignon, the Luberon, the Alpilles, and Mont-Ventoux.
The history and heritage of this town, still quite unknown, are worth a visit! A discovery trail of the old town and the hill is offered, leading to one of the most beautiful synagogues in Europe (18th century) and the Jewish-Comtadin Museum, the Cathedral and its 12th-century cloister, the Chapel of the Grand Couvent, the Hôtel-Dieu Museum, the Roman Arch, the hermitage, and the Chapel of Saint-Jacques. During your holidays in Cavaillon, you can stroll and relax a short walk from the town center, in the fragrant garrigue of the Colline Saint-Jacques, then enjoy the convivial atmosphere of the pedestrian streets and shaded squares. Its Provençal market day is Monday. A swimming pool to be shared with the owners (4m x 8m, depth of 1.50m with access steps, alarm safety system, operational from May 1st to the end of September). INTERIOR The gîte has 2 rooms (not separated by walls). It has a surface area of 25 m². It is carefully decorated in a traditional style.
It includes: Air-conditioned main living area (20 m²) with: An equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, washing machine). Dining area with a table for 4 people. Living area with a convertible sofa bed for two, TV with TNT channels. 1 bedroom (8 m²) with a 140 cm double bed. The bedroom does not have a door.
A pretty curtain separates the bedroom from the living room. A shower room (1 sink, a shower, and 1 toilet). Maximum occupancy: 2/4 people - Security deposit: €300. The displayed price is for 2 people. For the 3rd and 4th person, an additional charge of €45/person/week is requested. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €45.
