From this area, direct access to the outdoor space creates a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated.
This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional W.C., ensuring comfort and convenience.
The first floor hosts the master suite, equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with the other areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay.
Outside, the villa boasts a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
A barbecue area with a dining table invites relaxed outdoor meals, while a table football game guarantees fun for all ages.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group security deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.
However, it is possible to accommodate an additional 4 guests, who will be accommodated in extra beds.
