This property comprises:

an entrance hall,
a living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table for 6 people, desk and internet/wifi,
a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all you need for cooking,
a 1st bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and a wardrobe,
a 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200 cm and a wardrobe,
a bathroom with washbasin, cupboard, hairdryer and towel rail,
a separate WC.


Other facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

Additional rules:

Arrival/check-in: between 2pm and 8pm.

Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,

50€ between 10pm and 11pm,

80€ after 11pm.

Departure/check-out: until 11am maximum.

According to the agreed time, we will meet you at the flat to collect the keys.

Sunday and public holidays:

If you plan to arrive or leave on a Sunday or a French calendar public holiday, a supplement of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:

The price for cleaning in the advert corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks.

If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance.

Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.
